Dr. Rachel McEnroe
Veterinarian
Rachel McEnroe graduated from UT Knoxville in 2014. She takes pride in fostering a collaborative environment so that pet parents and her veterinary team feel confident in the care she recommends. She loves spending time with family, friends and her cats, reading, digging in the garden, and listening to music with her husband and two young children.
Ashlan Yost
Practice Manager
Ashlan Yost has been practicing for 16 years and graduated from Lincoln Memorial University. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and less fearful. She especially enjoys anesthesia parasitology anaglesia study. She loves spending time with her daughter, travelling, decorating, hiking, and cooking in her free time.
Beth Cooper
DVM
Beth Cooper has been practicing for 25 years and graduated from Texas A & M University. She is treating patients as if they are her own. She explains terms the patient’s owner can understand and multiple treatment options when possible. She loves to watch football, do puzzles, read, and go hiking in her free time.
Sherri Mellskog
DVM
Sherri Mellskog has been practicing for over 30 years now. She prides herself on her compassion, providing fear-free techniques and staying up-to-date on the latest advances. In her free time, she enjoys horse-back riding and spending time with her family and pet, Gus.
Brooke Avila
Brooke is one of our Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician. She has been in the practice for about 5 years and attended Austin Community College. Brooke prides herself in treating her patients like they are her own babies. She always keeps their feelings in mind and puts them first. In her free time, Brooke likes outdoor activities, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Tara Brooks
Tara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee. She is dedicated to fostering clear communication between clients and staff to ensure optimal patient care. Outside of work, Tara enjoys reading, drawing, listening to music, and spending time with her cats.
Shay Lindsey
Shay completed the Penn Foster Vet Tech program with a deep commitment to animal care. She takes great pride in ensuring that every animal receives exceptional attention and in maintaining a clean, safe environment for all the boarding dogs. Her hands-on approach to her work shines through in her eagerness to assist both the veterinary technicians and doctors. Outside of work, Shay enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Parker, and loves going on outdoor adventures. Whether hiking or boating, she embraces every opportunity to create lasting memories in nature, firmly believing that life is too short to stay indoors.
Cody Schultz
Cody, a University of Tennessee alum, has been dedicated to veterinary medicine for six years. He takes great pride in delivering exceptional comfort and care to every patient, regardless of the complexity of the case. Outside of work, Cody loves staying active through working out, hunting, hiking, and riding his motorcycle.
Samantha Pirrello
Samantha has been dedicated to the veterinary field since 2011. She is passionate about advancing her education to enhance her skills and help as many animals as possible. She especially enjoys working with rescued pets, offering them extra love and patience as they build confidence and learn to enjoy grooming. Outside of work, Samantha loves spending time with her three dogs, hiking, and traveling.
Lynn Lazlo
Lynn studied at Tennessee Tech as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has over 10 years of experience in human medicine. She is passionate about caring for all animals, striving to meet their needs and provide the best possible care. Lynn has a special affinity for senior pets, hoping to make their remaining years as comfortable and carefree as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing with her greyhounds, and watching classic movies.
Tabetha Horney
Kennel Technician / Customer Service Representative
Tabetha earned her Associate’s degree in Science from Pellissippi State Community College and has over three years of experience in veterinary medicine. She is dedicated to ensuring that the animals in her care feel comfortable and emphasizes the importance of addressing their emotional needs as well as their physical well-being. She strives to create a welcoming environment where they feel at home. In her free time, Tabetha enjoys arts and crafts and has a knack for interior design, often helping her friends rearrange their spaces. She has 11 siblings and often spends time with her 5 younger brothers. She also enjoys anything active such as volleyball, skating, biking and running.
Mary Kayla Harb
Mary is currently studying Wildlife Health at UTK and has been in veterinary medicine since 2022. She takes pride in ensuring that each animal is comfortable and receives care tailored to their specific needs. Mary is committed to making every experience as fear-free as possible. In her free time, she loves being outdoors, spending time with her animals, and cooking.
Savannah Jones
Savannah attended the University of Tennessee and Bluegrass College and has been working in veterinary medicine since 2023. She takes great pride in ensuring every animal feels loved and is meticulous about the care her pets receive. She wants pet owners to feel confident that their animals are receiving the best possible care. In her free time, Savannah enjoys wakeboarding, reading, and spending time at her family’s horse farm. She also loves competing in frisbee with her dog, Ripley.
