Dr. Rachel McEnroe
Veterinarian
Rachel McEnroe graduated from UT Knoxville in 2014. She takes pride in fostering a collaborative environment so that pet parents and her veterinary team feel confident in the care she recommends. She loves spending time with family, friends and her cats, reading, digging in the garden, and listening to music with her husband and two young children.
Dr. Beth Cooper
DVM
Beth Cooper has been practicing for 25 years and graduated from Texas A & M University. She is treating patients as if they are her own. She explains terms the patient’s owner can understand and multiple treatment options when possible. She loves to watch football, do puzzles, read, and go hiking in her free time.
Dr. Shawnee Peyatt
Dr. Shawnee Peyatt graduated from the University of Tennessee and has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2014. She is known for her gentle, calm, and compassionate approach to caring for her patients. In her free time, Dr. Peyatt enjoys spending time with her family, trying new activities with her children, paddleboarding, hiking, gardening, making jewelry, and playing board games.
Ashlan, Practice Manager & LVT
Practice Manager & LVT
Ashlan has been practicing for 16 years and graduated from Lincoln Memorial University. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and less fearful. She especially enjoys anesthesia parasitology anaglesia study. She loves spending time with her daughter, travelling, decorating, hiking, and cooking in her free time.
Brooke, LVT
LVMT
Brooke is one of our Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician. She has been in the practice for about 5 years and attended Austin Community College. Brooke prides herself in treating her patients like they are her own babies. She always keeps their feelings in mind and puts them first. In her free time, Brooke likes outdoor activities, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Savannah
Kennel Technician
Savannah attended the University of Tennessee and Bluegrass College and has been working in veterinary medicine since 2023. She takes great pride in ensuring every animal feels loved and is meticulous about the care her pets receive. She wants pet owners to feel confident that their animals are receiving the best possible care. In her free time, Savannah enjoys wakeboarding, reading, and spending time at her family’s horse farm. She also loves competing in frisbee with her dog, Ripley.
Kristin
Kristin has been working in veterinary medicine for nine years, bringing experience from her time at Vet Med Leyrs. She takes pride in her deep love for animals and dedication to their wellbeing, which guides the care she provides each day. Kristin is passionate about helping both pets and their families, ensuring every patient receives attention and compassion.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and heading to the mountains. When the weather cools, she loves to read and crochet. Her strong commitment to animals carries through in her personal life as well, making her role at Lovell Animal Hospital a natural fit.
Lynn
Customer Service Representative
Lynn studied at Tennessee Tech as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has over 10 years of experience in human medicine. She is passionate about caring for all animals, striving to meet their needs and provide the best possible care. Lynn has a special affinity for senior pets, hoping to make their remaining years as comfortable and carefree as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing with her greyhounds, and watching classic movies.
Tara
Customer Service Representative
Tara earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee. She is dedicated to fostering clear communication between clients and staff to ensure optimal patient care. Outside of work, Tara enjoys reading, drawing, listening to music, and spending time with her cats.
Meghan
Customer Service Representative
Meghan has five years of experience and studied at Cleveland State Community College. She values strong communication and enjoys connecting with both patients and parents. In her free time, she loves singing, spending time with her kids, going to church, meditating, and eating Mexican food.
Hannah
Hannah began working at Lovell Animal Hospital in August 2025. She was homeschooled through Homelife Academy for high school and also attended one year at Florida College. She takes pride in completing her tasks to the best of her ability and treating every patient as a unique individual, not just as part of her daily work. Her goal is to ensure that each animal feels cared for and respected. In her free time, Hannah enjoys reading, writing, crocheting, hiking, and working on creative projects. She also loves spending time with her dog and learning new things.
Linda
Kennel Tech/CSR
Linda attended Kennesaw State University. She has been practicing for 3 years! Linda takes pride in always learning, questioning, and reading about illnesses and treatments. In her free time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring eastern Tennessee.
Melissa
Groomer
Melissa has been working as a groomer for over 20 years. She takes pride in being kind and gentle with every dog and cat in her care, making sure they feel safe and comfortable throughout the grooming process. In her free time, Melissa enjoys hiking with her dog, Twila, gardening, and shopping at thrift stores.
